| Carnival – (Jan-April) Committee members will assist the Chairperson with activities, entertainment, auction items, and food for the Spring Carnival.
|
| Family Fun Events – Assist the VPs of Programs with planning, shopping, decorating, and/or chaperoning the yearly events, such as Mother/Son event (Oct or Nov) or Father/Daughter event (Feb).
|
| Field Day – (May) Assist the PE coaches with t-shirts, stations design, and set up.
|
| Fundraising – (Sept-May) Help the VPs of Fundraising with various duties involving the Direct Donation Campaign and Square 1 Art.
|
| General Volunteer– (Sept-May) These volunteers are contacted for the various one-time jobs that pop up or anytime we just need an extra set of hands.
|
| Holiday Shop – (1 week in Dec) Committee members will assist the Chairperson with set up/take down of the shop and help students find gifts during their designated shopping times.
|
| Hospitality – (October, April, May) Committee members will assist the Chairperson with organizing the food and refreshments for Fitness Friday with Dads, Movin’ and Groovin’ with Moms, and Career Day.
|
| Library – (Sept-May) Assist Mrs. Gutierrez and the Chairperson with the Book Fair, Read-A-Thon, Texas Bluebonnet Reading Program, or help with re-shelving, checking out, and organizing books in the library.
|
| Staff Appreciation – (Sept-May) Assist the VPs of Programs with planning and coordinating monthly events and special days to honor our staff, including a Holiday lunch in December and Teacher Appreciation Week lunch in May.
|
| Teacher Workroom. – (Sept-May) Committee members will help the teachers and staff make copies, laminate, etc any items they need during their shift. Training is required.
